Window World of the Foothills - Customer ReviewsDear Mr. Newton, Four years ago I noticed my wooden den window was rotting at the base, two years ago I noticed water marks under a window in the dining room, and last year I noticed several rotten exterior sills. The time had to come to replace windows. I received an estimate from another window contractor recommended by my home builder. Me neighbor, Jamie McBride, encouraged me to contact Window World. I called Jay Wellman and we set up an appointment. You could not ask for a better salesman. Jay was thorough, knowledgeable of his product, and spent extensive time answering all my questions. At the end of our meeting, I signed a contract and gave him my credit card number. But the stars of your business are your installers. Ken Rhodes and Ron Rhodes phoned before they arrived, arrived early, and went straight to work. They welcomed a nosey homeowner who wanted to see how replacements were done. Watching them climb three stories to remove windows and carry up new windows made my heart stop. As soon as a window was removed and a new one secured, all debris were removed. They have the process down to a science. Ken was outside the entire time in 95 degree temperatures. Ron was inside at the start, but then outside in the hottest part of the day. I offered lunch, but all the wanted was cool water. When they had finished installing my 17 new windows, they cleaned some more, finished loading their truck, and checked to make sure all was to my satisfaction. Not only are they excellent installers, they are truly nice guys. Advertising is vital and a sales presentation can make or break a deal, but the installation process is what a customer will remember and discuss with neighbors and friends. Your compnay is fortunate to have Ken Rhodes and Ron Rhodes in your employ. The Window World experience was positive in every way. Although the windows in the back on my house have no problems, I called Jay and ordered 8 more windows to finish the house. When my windows are ready, please send Ken & Ron again. Sincerely, To the staff at Window World, Sorry it took me so long to write a thank you note for the work done at my home. But health hasn’t been the best, enough about me. First there is Brittani this young lady keeps everything going and up to date for Window World, she is a God send! She has to put up with me changing my installation several times, because of doctor appointments, feeling bad and other reasons. And not once did she mind she is always pleasant to talk to and to work with on changes as well.She really cares about her customers as well also. She called to see if everything was going as planed and to see how I was doing. Next there is Ken and Johnny these two gentleman came and hit the ground running, starting to work right away. Both of these men are a plus for Window World they are very friendly and hard working along with being very neat and careful about what they’re doing in and outside the house and they cleaned up everything leaving no trace they were here. They also care about their customers as well. They also care about their customers as well. They saw that I wasn’t feeling well and stopped what they were doing and done the bedroom right away so that I could rest while they done the rest of the house. I have more windows to order and I hope Ken and Jeremy can do the install as well. Last there is Jay, my friend. The whole Window World friendship started with you. You are a plus for Window World as well. Whenever I called you always called me back and answered my questions. Thank you as well, Ill be seeing you soon.

Thank you! - Tom & Christy Bryant Dear Steve and Window World of the Foothills: Words can not express how much we appreciate the windows you installed in Templeton Cottage last month. What was once a room that was either “too hot” or “too cold” is now going to be the perfect “rec room” for our children to hang out. I love the double hung windows and their convenience to clean! Also, the fact that they’re white on the inside really brightens up the room compared to the brown windows that were there before. The installers were extremely professional and worked very quickly at putting the windows in. It was a snowy day and I assumed they would have to cancel the installation and reschedule. Not only were the guys there on time, but they were gone before I could even snap a few pictures of them installing the windows for our “Cottage Renovation” scrapbook and RCCFS Newsletter! That’s OK; Brittani sent me the pictures that were taken by Steve that day. (Thanks, Brittani!) Window World Inc. and Window World of the Foothills has been a wonderful supporter of Rainbow Center Children and Family services. It’s such a blessing to have caring individuals right in our back door that will help make life a little easier for the at risk children that we serve. The two guys you sent to install our windows must be your best. They were very nice and courteous and did a super good job on the installation and cleaning up after the job was finished. We like our windows.

We wanted to send this letter to let you know if the great job your installers did last month when putting in our replacement windows at our mountain house in Millers Creek. Ken and Mike were excellent to work with, very knowledgeable and proficient in their work, and made a great team!
The siding your guys put on our mobile home looks beautiful and we really like it and the color. Everyone who notices the siding says it looks good. Please tell you guys they sis a great job and would recommend them and your company. |
